after effects problem

I have recently bought Adobe After affects and when i go to download it it just a whit screen with a blue circle like the loading sign can someone Please help it been about a hour waiting for the loading symbol to end.

Congratulations on getting After Effects.

 

It's quite difficult to tell what the issue is.  Like the other poster indicated, if you could reply with your computer specs and any information about the version of AE (as well as maybe a screenshot) then it will be a lot easier to figure out what the problem is.

AE should absolutely not take a long time to open.  Have you had any issues with Adobe CC (the program which runs and checks for updates)?
