After Effects shows only 64 GB out RAM of 96 GB

I have a computer which has 96GB RAM installed. But After Effects shows 64GB only. What can be the reason?

Legend

You are using Windows Home, which won't allow apps to access more than 64 GB. You need Professional to use all RAM.
