After Effects slowing the pace of video

Question

This is my first time using AE and so far its going good until exporting comes around. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGANvIjrRW0 I exported it the same way he did but once I put into Premire Pro the video jumped from 30 seconds to 12 minutes. The exported video goes one frame every second making it really slow while the audio is perfectly normal. Have I done something wrong with the keyframing or is it just a bug?

Thank you for the link to the tutorial. Now, we need a look at your composition and some workflow details. Knowing your render settings would also help. Take a screenshot, copy and paste it to the reply field on the forum so you can see it, and give us some details. Maybe we can help.
