after effects sound very choppy

My after effects sound very choppyI've tried all solutions and it didn't work for me

Unfortunately the recording tab is hiding the info panel, which might have given us a clue.  It's an odd sound though, but I'd guess that the audio is coded in a way AE cannot easily preview.  Try using Media Encoder to export it uncompressed, as a WAV file for example.
