After Effects Stops Responing with importing from download

Hello!, I am here to ask how do I fix my AE crashing when I attempt to open my download folder on the import panel, it does not happen in other syetem storage area only downloads. No system crashes and I was using AE 2022 version when this happened I tired a different version of AE 2020 version, but the same problem.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U

Memory: 16GB

GPU: 1050 GTX

Would you also check the permission of the folder? Can everyone get access to the folder? You set it as a limited access?

Is the Downloads folder on the system drive?

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Yes this is internal sdd that came with the laptop there is only one that and capacity is 240 GB it has 50GB left
