After Effects system error - wont open

When I try to open After effects through creative cloud nothing happens and when I search for the app on my computer it gives me error message "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dII was not found." I have unistalled the app and restarted my PC many times with no success.

Sorry for your issue.

It usually happens when the Microsoft Visual C++ files are missing or corrupted. Try reinstalling them and restart your computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0
