After Effects text layer

This is supposed to say "hello." Been having this issue for a while now. I just updated the program and the text still looks like this. Anyone else having this issue???

You have a super fat outline stroke on super tiny text. As suggested, start by resetting the character panel.

You have modified a lot of parameters in the Character panel. Try to set the tracking to 0 (you have a value of 307). The other problem I see is that you are using a 58 pixel stroke in white color and you have selected the Stroke over Fill option so your stroke.
