After Effects trouble shooting error on my mac (Catalina)

Question

So I'm currently trying to download After Effects on my mac, (I have the lastest update of Catalina). It won't load past 4.0%, as shown below.

I purchased CC 20, as I know that would be compatable. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I've already contacted Adobe support, their screenshare option doesn't appear to work on my computer.
