After Effects v 25.0.1 crashing on startup (initializing mediacore)

I keep facing the problem, that After Effects as well as Premiere are crashing on startup. This is only happening on the newest version of 25.x, when I install an old version like 23.x, this problem wont occure.
I've tried following potential solutions I've found in the www, unfortunately without success:

- updating nvidia drivers

- removing plug-ins from C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

- resetting/removing preferences

- uninstalling and reinstalling

That's my rig:

- Intel Xeon E5-1650 v4

- GTX 1080 Ti

- 32GB RAM

- Windows 10 Version 22H2

Anyone got any recomondations how to solve this problem?
Appreciate your help!

Update on the After Effects problem:
I've used the wrong path. Renaming the "Common" folder in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2025\Support Files\(Media Core PlugIns) helped!

Premiere is still not starting up tho...

I've been able to specify the cause. After renaming the "Common" folder it wasnt possible for me to export or import files - because AE couldnt find the plug-ins for that. So I deleted one .prm file after another till AE startet working again. Turns out, its a Windows problem, fantastic! "ExporterAVI.prm" is the problem, Ive deleted it and now everthing is working fine.

Not only AE, but ExporterAVI.prm in all the OTHER media-centric apps (Premiere, Media Encoder, etc.) ALSO are corrupt and must be renamed or deleted. Again, these are all in C:/Program Files/Adobe/NameOfApp/Plugins/Common.
