After effects waring: could not create the file... the file could not be found

i look back into the file it gives me and for some reason there is nothing in the folder. It's an empty folder. It used to hold all my files, but i moved them. But i thought the pj file moved with it?? I'm so frustrated i cant exit out of after effects now

    It is a tricky way. You create a fake file with the same name and copy it into the folder After Effects mentions. I guess you can go out of the loop although It is not a right file.
