After Effects wave warp

The wave warp effect looks great on my video but stops after 22 seconds.  I've tried to adjust the Effect Controls with keyframes only at the beginning of the clip and keyframes at beginning and end.  There are no keyframes on the clip at the time the wave warp effect stops, so I'm not sure why it is stopping.  I do have the wave warp applied to 3 clip layers and have two views, one close and another far, of the scene with wave warp effect applied.
