After Effects windows too big for my screen.

Some windows like the "hotkeys" window do not display completely on my screen, I have to hide my task bar to see the "ok" button. There are other windows where I can't see the buttons even if I hide the taskbar. Is there a way to resize the "hotkeys" window?

Note the min system requirements. As Rick says above - I think you'll just have to live with it - or plug into a bigger screen.

i know this is an old thread but ill leave this here for anyone in the future (at least for windows users, not sure for mac):

if your screen is just barely too small for the complete window to show up, press and hold (or right-click) any empty space on the taskbar, select Taskbar settings, select Taskbar behaviors, and select Automatically hide the taskbar (how to hide the windows taskbar)

this will give your screen just a litle bit more height, witch in my case was enough to solve the problem

My screen is too small, guess I'll have to buy a new one. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

What is the resolution of your screen (pixel width x pixel height) ?

If the panels in After Effects do not fit your screen then your system either does not meet the minimum system requirements or you have screen resolution set too low. If this is new behavior then you changed the system settings. If your screen does not meet the display requirements then you'll have to live with the problem.
