After effects won't import C4D file

Im trying to bring nulls from C4D into AE via cineware on a mac. I keep getting this error. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled both C4D and AE to most recent versions. Ive also updated Mac OS. My coworkers are on same versions of everything and their imports work. Pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. Any help is very welcome.

I am seeing exactly the same error - Adobe AE 2022.5, and C4DS26.015.

I have tried multiple c4d projects to pull in.

This has been tested on multiple machines, running the same software

the error is very clear, you should have C4D release 25.015 or higher installed on your PC

You also need to update the version of Cinema 4D from Maxon web site.
