You have disabled your camera layer and are working in auxiliary views, which of course does not represent what it would look like. You may want to read up on how to actually use the 3D stuff. Only the "Active Camera" will be rendered and in your case this gets reset to the automatic default camera when you turn off the camera layer, so things become entirely unpredictable.
