after endering no 3d.

i make a video with 3d effects after rendering there is no thickness anymore. can someone help me out please. after rendering i have all the effects except the depth is gone.

You have disabled your camera layer and are working in auxiliary views, which of course does not represent what it would look like. You may want to read up on how to actually use the 3D stuff. Only the "Active Camera" will be rendered and in your case this gets reset to the automatic default camera when you turn off the camera layer, so things become entirely unpredictable.

tried active camera, camera 1(camera in composition).

in 3d no depth of field. in cinema 4d no depth of field and no transparant background(background turns black).

It looks like you miss the camera, the preview you're looking for is the custom view and the front view in fact you should preview from the active camera and what you see in the active camera you will get in the final render, so double check your active camera and fix it then render your file
