 please I do this vector image from freepik.com then to it to adobe illustrator and made it a vector image then imported it to after effects... I want to animate the clouds and sun separately how do I achieve that ?

You have to prepare your file in Illustrator by placing every object you animate on a separate layer, then importing the AI file as a composition retaining layer size.
