animation of a hand

Hello I want to create an animation of a hand that draws an image, the image is not a drawing so it does not have to be preprocessed, if the hand paints the drawing from top to bottom (for example) it would be enough for me. Is there any way to do this? thanks

Sure. You animate position and rotation of whatever hand you have and create a matching wipe on the image.
