annoying error

Hi, I recently added 2 plugins and it works perfectly, but I get that error every time I start after effects and add the plugin.

Get new versions of the plug-ins that are compatible with multiframe rendering by checking the vendors' web sites or turn off MFR.

thank you for replying, I don't have that option, it should be in preferences/memory, right? (i use ae 2020 btw)

Youn turn off the option of Multi-Frame rendering (MFR).
