Annoying new popup message

Everytime I open After Effects and then click to open a project, this pops up. It never did this before. Everytime now. It's gotta be a bug.

Latest Win11 and latest AE.

I did reset the prefs, the issue still occurs, however it erase all my keyboard shortcuts, and all my intricate settings that took months to get right. How do I get this painstaking work back?
