Anyone know how to fix this?

More than a problem is a warning. As @Mylenium says the intel graphics card is not the best option to work with After Effects. You can deactivate this warning in the After Effects preferences. In the General category, try to deactivate the Show system compatibility issues at startup.

Start by updating your system's graphics driver. That said, intel-only graphics are always critical, so you may not be able to resolve the issue and simply have to ignore the warning and move on. In case of doubt turn off hardware acceleration entirely.
