Audio Error in AE

While editing in the After Effects multimedia file, I am getting the issue of this audio preferences. In one option I am able to listen audio, while next option is not working? Kindly provide me with the relevant answer.

Correct answer Mylenium

Reinstall and update your system's audio device drivers. Anything beyond that wil lrequire proper system info, in particular about the audio configuration, obviously.

Which device are you using? I agree with Mylenium. Looks like it's related to drivers.

If that doesn't help, let us know your system specifications and the version of After Effects you're using.
