Audio slows down, can't fix it

Recently I tried to cancel my subscription for Adobe After Effects, because the editing function has been glitchy and keeps slowing down my audio. I have been unable to resolve the issue or find a fix on the forum. When I tried to cancel, I found out that my monthly subscription was actually an annual subscription and I would have to pay a cancellation fee of around $150. I am very frustrated about this situation as I can't use the product and have to pay to cancel it. Please can you help me?

If you'd like to troubleshoot the issue, please share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS). Details on your project. Also, details of the footage (frame size, format/codec).

my guess is you're more likely to resolve the ae problem than to avoid the cancellation fee. so, i'm moving your message with the hope that an ae expert can help you resolve the ae problem.

I'd suggst you try contact Adobe support through the online chat:
* Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
* In the chat area (lower right), type AGENT.
* Wait patiently for a real person to start talking and then you can explain your situation.
