I need help for the Audio part, what software do you recommend? I want to create a voice(especially a kid's voice), but not a robotic, a natural one. I also want to be able to control emotions  (happy, angry and so on), tone, speed.

Thank you!

Ah, I see. You can also do that with Adobe Audition: Generating text-to-speech using Audition

At the bottom of that page you'll find two links that let you download higher quality voices, if you're on Windows. If you're on macOS, you can download some higher quality voices directly from within the OS.

If you pay for a full Creative Cloud subscription, then you have access to Audition, which is a fantastic piece of Software. Here are some getting started tutorials: Audition tutorials | Learn how to use Adobe Audition CC

You can change pitch and speed in Audio editors, but controlling emotions happens on the recording side. You can't take one recording and make it sound both happy and angry; you should be recording multiple performances. You can change the pitch without changing the speed, but again, it's going to sound best if the actor recording the audio reads in the tone, speed, and emotion that you want.

Thank you very much, to understand is better to find an actor for the voice. I was interested in creating one voice (text to speech)
