Audio Spectrums Reacting Weird

And what do you consider "weird"? Everything in your video looks just fine based on how this stuff works.

The rendered video tells us nothing about your workflow or your settings. Try embedding a screenshot showing the waveform on the audio layer (ll) and the modified properties of the layer with Audio Spectrum applied (uu).  Without that information, there is no way to point you to any solution other than try adjusting the settings or the audio levels.
