Audio wave is missing

any one suggest on this? The original one is playing well, but when i saw it in the project, it is missing the wave and sound.

What's the format/codec of the audio file? Does it work fine outside of After Effects? What's the version of After Effects and what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
