bcc ripple dissolve effect not working

hello,
I have added the bcc ripple effect to my image and there is no issues regarding the download of this effect because it is being added to my clip. But for some reason, the effect is not working.

Could I please have some assistance? I have ae 2020.

i have the same problem... i can't adjust the graphs... did you find a solution 😭

that is of no use to anyone. You need to explain what "the effect is not working" even means, provide screenshots, system info and so on.

There is supposed to be a graph thingy that comes up but doesn't so I cant adjust the ripple

hi, i'm having the same problem with bcc ripple dissolve effect rn. the graphs don't show up on screen so i also can't adjust the ripple. did you solve your problem?

In the Effects window, press the button labeled H.U.D.
