Best Configuration of MacBook Pro for After Effects?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the best configuration of the Macbook Pro 14" with M1 chip for After Effects use.
Should I go for 32 or 64GB of ram? Do the most GPU cores make a difference? Do the AE plugins work on M1 (e.g. JoyStick n Sliders, DUIK..)?
