bicycle animation using rubberhose to Lottie file

Hi, i'm trying to create a bicycle animation using rubberhose 2 in Ae.

Below is a link to the lottie file with the problem i'm having. The hip wont stay in position. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this? or should i use a different technique than rubberhose?
