Black bars glitch in the middle of the rendered video

This glitch keeps popping up when i try loading videos inside of the project, In both After effects and Premiere pro. When exporting most of the bars dissapear, but they do appear in the video itself for a second. 

The screenshot is taken on a project made in After effects 24.05.0, Windows

Are you using any effects that are trials that might be compositing the black bars on? Is the video is a format that you can transcode into something else?

Are you using an Nvidia GPU? Users reported a similar issue with the Nvidia GPU driver 555.x. Please update your GPU driver to the latest if you haven't already.
