Hello Everyone,
I'm facing this black screen glitch issue in almost every output I get from After Effects as well as from Media Encoder. I previously read a similar discussion where the answer was to keep overlapping the videos and yes, it's overlapping and the black screen glitch in between hasn't stopped. I'm using AE Version 22.6.0 in a Windows 11 Pro, 64 bit platform with the specs of AMD Ryzen 9 5900Hx with Radion Graphics, 32GB Ram.
Has Windows 11 got anything to do with this issue?

Standard answer: Check your hardware acceleration settings, update your graphics driver, check the render settings for framerate mismatches, flush the disk caches before rendering, verify the integrity of your source footage and it's footage interpretation. Everything else would require exact info about your project, your settings as well as screenshots.

Thank you for the response Mylenium. But the same file renders smooth and clean in my personal computer which has the capacity 1/3 of the above specs. My personal computer specs are AMD Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, 12GB Ram on Windows 10 Home, 64 bit platform with AE Version 18.4.1.
This is what makes me think is the new Windows 11 causing any troubles?

Hi Abner5D70,
Sorry for your issue.
I am using Windows 11 and haven't noticed this issue. I'll keep an eye though.
In the meantime, could you share a screenshot of the glitch? Is the output completely black or a part of it? To start troubleshooting, try exporting with the Multi-Frame Rendering disabled (go to After Effects Preferences > Memory & Performance). Also, try switching the Video Renderer to Mercury Software Only (File > Project Settings).
Let us know if any of it helps.
Thanks,
Nishu

Thank you so much for such a clear answer Nish. A couple of days back an Adobe employee from the support team did all what you said above in addition updating the display driver via a remote screen. It was alright till yesterday and then it started occuring again lately (A complete black screen flickering in between the video) and on top some of the projects aren't rendering as it get struck almost at the last few frames in AME. What can be the cause and how can I sort this out ?
