Blank White Screen When Open Installer

Hello, I'm using win 7 64 Bit. When I open after effects installer it shows only white screen only nothing else. Please help me to install the program properly.

Hello,

Would you mention more environment you have set? e.g. the version of After Effects, graphic card, anti-virus on or off, firewall on or off?

After Effects 2017,2018 Both and no main graphics card only Intel HD Graphic card i3 4th Gen. Antivirus off.
