Blinking typewriter effect causes extreme slowdown in UI

I am using it with Ray Dynamic Colour. But it may be an issue without it too.

I'm sorry about the issue. Which version of After Effects are you using? Could you verify that your system meets the recommended specifications for After Effects? Insufficient RAM or CPU power can cause performance issues. 

Please check if the issue persists when Ray Dynamic Colour is disabled.
