Blurry Pre-Comp

Hello:

I have seen many questions/answers regarding blurry pre-comps — I have worked through the problems that have been answered but still haven't quite found the problem I am experiencing. My pre-comp makes everything slightly blurry (see attached) yet all the items INSIDE the pre-comp are crisp. 

Any thoughts or help are much appreciated.
