Bug Effects

Another inexplicable bug by this program...

Note that colors are differents. And:
I can´t do any replace. Color do not change! 
I can´t apply any effect. Color do not change!
Does not matter how color I put on photoshop, AE open those bellow:

Note that I cant change colors by tint or fill. That s#cks!

I've already tried:
Clear cache;
Delete previews;
Replace footage;
Open in new AE version and 2020 version;
Change "Project Settings" to CUDA, Open CL, Mercury only, whatever!!!
Eject the main external drive;
Restart my PC;
Scream a lot;

Please, help me!
