Your comp is 588 X 1125. This is a nonstandard size that is not compatible with any distribution format. The comp will be resized on render to an even number of pixels high and wide and, depending on the codec, it may be also resized horizontally and vertically. Unless you have an expert's understanding of video compression and formats you should never see the word "Custom" in your comp settings. More often than not something will get fouled up when you render. If you must create custom comp siz

Cropped screenshots don't help much. We need to see the footage that has the problem selected in the Project panel so we can see the properties of the footage, we need to see the comp and timeline panel with the modified properties of the layers that are giving you problems (press uu). We need details. The only guess that I can make is that the video is a nonstandard frame size or the preview resolution and magnification factor do not match up with the layer position.

More often than not something will get fouled up when you render. If you must create custom comp sizes you have to research the format you need to use for output and distribution, and almost always the frame size will be an even multiple of 4 pixels high and wide because that is the minimum of pixels you need to do compression.
