C4D disabled options

i am trying to use C4D with AE 22.1.1 but when I enable it I get these things disabled

The native Cinema 4D renderer doesn't support those things, which is what the message is telling you. If you need more functionality you can use Cinema 4D Lite which is included with After Effects. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/after-effects/how-to/introducing-cinema4d-lite-aftereffects.html

It's perfectly normal. The C4D renderer simply does not support these features. If you need to create specific effects, you may simply need to use combinations of different pre-comps using the C4D renderer and Standard 3D renderer. Since you haven't provided any info on what you are actually trying to do, we can't advise specifically.
