Camera Tool Missing in Tool Bar

For some reason the "Camera Tool" (with the orbit and track tools) is missing from my toolbar. I am on a MacBook Pro. A picture of the toolbar missing the Camera Tool is attached!

    Hold down the alt key to use the mouse with left middle and right buttons to orbit track and dolly. Another option is to hold down the 1, 2, and 3, keys to quickly access eash tool respectively.

     

    The single button has been replaced with the three individual camera tools-- they are visible between the zoom tool and the rotate tool.
