Can I flip 2D object horizontally

Is it possible to flip an object horizontally (the head in picture, I wanted it to flicker between facing left and right) without making it 3D? I can do it in the transform menu but is there a way to actually keyframe it? Any help much appreciated.

You can also use the Layer > Transform > Flip Horizontal or Flip Vertical commands. Even you can assign these commands to shortcuts for a quicker workflow.

    got it, change scale to -100 on x axis
