Can i make a ball is turning like a 3d?

I have a one ball image. and i want to that is not flat like a 2d.

    After Effects is fundamentally a 2D software - however there are various ways of simulating or working with 3D objects, using plugins - but those all cost.

    A very basic option is to search for a '3D ball  texture map' like this:

    create a layer from it - and then apply the 'CC sphere' effect.

    This will give you a 2D simulation of a 3D sphere. It's basic, but it might meet your need.
