Can i used After Effects in 4gb RAM?

hi I'm just asked that can i used after-effects in 4gb ram my cpu is intel core i3-7020U and GPU is Intel HD Graphics 620?

Lowest system requirements for the latest CC version is 16GB of RAM.

Intel integrated GPU is not supported, as far as I know.

And I highly doubt that anything will run properly on an i3.
