Can't find After Effect's secret preference tab

Hey

So i have a very old computer, 4gb ram DDR2, 2 Quad CPU Q8300 2.50 GHz. And I just discovered that After Effects have a secret tab in the preferences menu. 

I'm running After Effects CC 2020 and can't find the tab?

Even though the shift key is pressed until the preference menu shows up, the secret tab doesn't show up.

I tried releasing shift before and after the preference menu opened.

I also tried pressing left click

I tried reinstalling after effects, tried rebooting my computer

And nothing seems to work. 

I really need the secret tab features. Any kind of help would be appreciated.
