Can't Import DNxHD 10bit HQX video to older version After Effects

Updated to After Effects 22.3, if export video as DNxHD 10bit HQX format, I can't import them to older version After Effects(18.4.1 by the way). Otherwise I can import them back to AE 22.3, so I think may be this is a another bug in 22.3?

Uploaded a test file rendered by AE 22.3 so someone can test it.
