Can't import mp4 in AE 2022

Question

I installed after effect 2022, premiere Pro 2022 and media encoder 2022 in my new computer.

When I import a .mp4 video file to AE, the process not success. An error show that " File "xxx.mp4 cannot be opened, it may be in an upsupported format.". But it was success when I import the the file to Premiere Pro and media encoder.

I also import the video file to other computer with same version after effect, is also success.

May I know that what problem of my new computer? What issues I need to fix?

Without exact system info we can't tell you much. Most likely your hardware acceleration isn't working correctly, so start by updating your graphics driver and configuring it suitably as well as checking the relevant settings in AE.
