Can't Import OBJ, GLTF or GLB files

According to the link below, I should be able to import these 3D file formats into After Effects, but they do not show up as available to import (grayed out), or as acceptable file formats within the dropdown list.

This happens both in my After Effects 23.6.2 and After Effects 24.0.3 versions. I am on a Macbook 2012, M1 Max on Venturua 13.6.6.
