Can't open After Effects project

hello i made a project in after effect and i can't open it

• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
• What happens when you try to open the project? Do you see any error message?
• Did you use any third-party plug-in in the project?

hi thank for the replay my pc have:

i7-9700KF cpu, rx570 gpu, 16 gb ram, Windows 10 Pro.

as for what happened, when i try to open the project the after effect just doesn't responding.

overall what i did is took a video, edit it in premier pro than instead of an export i took the premier project and put it in after effect so i will add an animation, after that i took the after project than put it premier to add sound to the animation. and after i reopen the after project it didn't respond, can you tell why did that happened ?

Does the project stops responding after it has been opened, or is it stuck on the splash screen? Could you try creating a new project and importing the project into it?
