Can't open .mogrt in After Effects

I tried to open a downloaded .mogrt file in After Effects, but it keeps showing the error message shown above.

I wonder what the issue is here and how to open it.

Without any info about the template you are trying to use, how it was created and possibly your system we can't really tell you much. It probably means what it says - the file was created in another version of AE or Premiere or on another platform and is not compatible.
