Can you snap anchor point of shape layer to guide?

Not the anchor point of the entire shape layer itself, but the individual 'Transform: Shape' within the shape layer. The little anchor point doesn't seem to snap to anything. I'm trying to align multiple shapes' anchor points.

Any help appreciated.
