Cannot open After Effects with prepaid plan

I have an issue with my prepaid adobe plan. I have After Effects in a prepaid plan that isnt meant to expire until December 2022. But when I try to open After effects, it comes up as if its a trial version or something. I have images for proof below.

I have tried ALL of the suggested solutions; restarting computer, clearing cache, logging out and back in etc. Even spent 2 hours with support and nothing's fixed.

If anyone has had this similar issue, how did you fix it? I have tried everything, and I need this software for my work. Pls help!!
