Cannot open Previously saved AE file by giving weird error 86 :: 1 and 3 :: 0

Do you control the file or the folder by the user permission? You duplicate the file and move it to another folder and try to open it?

I only control the files and the files were opening perfectly until upgradation to some new versions. Everytime if there is a new version somethings go for toss. This could be looked into once by Adobe and fix what is the problem. All files and folders are on my machine only yet suck error and I cannot access the working file with this error.
