Cannot render, Error 20

I'm running the latest AE on Windows 11, and now I cannot output anything.  First I started getting "Error 10::48, Unimplemented Function" while trying to play the timeline, and now when I try to output, I'm getting Error 20, which just says an unexpected error occured while exporting, please restart AE and try again.  So I've done that, but still the same errors.  Between the time that it was working and now, I have made no changes to the system or any settings. Does anyone any idea what might wrong or have any suggestions? Thank you!

Boot your system into safe mode, run a "Check for issues" from the system control panel and let it fix whatever botched driver or Windows Update may be causing this, reboot into normal mode.

Hi Mylenium! Thank you for your reply. I'm finding that the error is only happening on comps in which I've reimported pre-rendered Quicktime Animation MOVs, in case that's a clue as to what the specific problem is. I don't see "Check for issues" in the System Control Panel. Where can I find it? Thanks!
