cant change text in after effects

Im trying to change the text in a template ive used in after effects but it wont let me there isnt a text later just the ones in the attachment ive tried as few ways of trying to change the text, but it just wont let me.

the template was exported from aftereffects after i had finished editing it but whenever i try and change the text it wont let me do it but im able to change the colour of the glow.
